The Strasser Institute was founded in 1960 in Montevideo by Professor Amneris Larrobla de Strasser.  Since its beginnings Strasser is distinguished by a high regional recognition, offering a wide variety of courses related to fashion and design, which makes it, in essence, the most complete fashion and fashion design school in Uruguay.
